Sam Jones: A Drunken Georgia Lawyer

                Many years ago I was given a copy of the testimony of the life of Sam Jones.  It was a recorded copy by a southern pastor named J. F. Norris.  Norris personally had heard Sam Jones "tell his story" and reiterated it as Sam Jones told it. It was moving then and to this day reminds me of the power of Gospel of Jesus Christ.

                By powerful I am referring to what happens practically to a person who believes on the Lord Jesus Christ. True conversion is much more than reciting words or agreeing with creeds.  Not only is a heart changed, so is a life.  Sam Jones' experience is a striking example of this.
