            A mistake often committed by those making frog soup is to place the frog in a pot of boiling water without proper preparation. The frog goes into self-preservation mode, panics, and escapes. The following is a fail-proof recipe…usually.

            Place a pot with tepid water and peas on the stove and slide the frog into it. Slowly increase the heat as you distract him psychologically with a patronizing discussion about social justice.
