Have you ever filled out a feedback form on a website to inquire about something that interests you? Did you get an answer or were you ignored? Did you fill out the form again or make an effort to call the business? Or did you decide to move on to someone who will give you the attention you deserve?
A website feedback form is generally used to inquire further about a product or service from a business. It allows you to put the ball in their court to get back to you with information. When filling out a feedback form, you generally provide name, address, phone, email address, and possibly comments or questions.
