Walker Recall a Top Down Effort

             This week, the Democratic Party of Wisconsin and United Wisconsin, a party-aligned political action committee, announced that on November 15, they would file paperwork to initiate a recall of Governor Scott Walker. Democratic strategists interviewed by the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel for a story today explained the reasoning behind the announcement's timing, and a United Wisconsin board member identified in a conference call what they believe is a very clear threshold for success. Both points are interesting.
