Request from the Town and Village of Fairchild Requesting to remain exempt from the county
library system in 2011, Sent to Finance committee.
Authorization of payments of vouchers during the month of June including $71, 000 for recycling during the month of May, $82, 000 to the Eau Claire City County Health Dept., $643, 000 for various welfare programs,
Passed.

Note $643, 000 allotted to various welfare programs. Welfare as we know it forces money from one family to pay for food and shelter of another family. This is not only unconstitutional. It is also a from of stealing that needs to stop. See our article entitled "The Problem with Welfare as we Know It" in this edition (Front Page). Voting
to allot this money is voting to steal money from certain families in our county to support other families in
