In the Garden - Herbs

"He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth." Psalm 104:14

Gardeners have been growing herbs for centuries. In practically every country and culture around the world, herbs have been used for medical purposes, for cooking and preserving foods, and in teas and beauty products. Many herbs have changed little over the years and continue to be used for the same purposes that our ancestors used them for. Many gardeners of yesteryear planted their herb gardens right by the kitchen door.
