Eating is a daily habit. Whether you prepare your food at home or eat out, what goes in your body directly affects your energy levels, your ability to perform and your ability to heal. Making good choices as to what you put in your body becomes supremely important if your goal is healthy living. What you eat literally becomes YOU!

Remember the 80/20 rule? Try and eat good 80% of the time, allowing for 20% of your choices to be not as good. Sometimes it's just not possible to eat well but if you are doing your best and making good choices when you can, you'll always be improving. So, let's talk ingredients!
