"It's Just a Stupid Cake! Design it Yourself Then!"

Last December, the Supreme Court (SCOTUS) heard opening remarks on a case of Colorado baker Jack Phillips who back in 2012 refused to create a wedding cake for a samesex couple. The couple filed a complaint with the Colorado Civil Rights Commission. According to the Reuters© article, SCOTUS will be deciding "whether Phillips action was constitutionally protected and he can avoid punishment for violating Colorado's anti-discrimination law." The case will be decided next June.

Set aside for a moment that apparently it takes SCOTUS six months to hear one case.
