Used But Not Forgotten

What a fun surprise to greet the people getting out of the car at Goss Used Appliance and Repair to see that one was a familiar face. Jeremy Goss is also a member of my church and so our conversation began with "I know you!" He and his sister Chris opened the business doors and we were off!

Goss Used Appliance is a family-owned business that began in 1998 by Jeremy's dad, Jerry Goss, in his garage. Jerry's rotary cuff issues and surgery put him into early retirement, so he began doing part-time delivery for local businesses with washers and dryers. Jerry had previously worked in machine tooling and was gifted with mechanical know-how. Jerry formulated the idea of doing appliance repairs as his own business.
