All Authority Is Delegated

A repudiation of unlimited obeisance to the state and the importance of God's law in society

            God is the ultimate authority.  The Bible says plainly, "The Most High rules over the realm of mankind." [Daniel 4:17]  God is the ultimate Law-Giver.[James 4:12]  He is the Creator who created us, and thus knows best how we are to be governed.  He gave His Law at Sinai.  The very first decree is "You shall have no other gods before Me."  He is the ultimate authority and law-giver.
