Action is now underway in the City of Eau Claire to construct a community arts center and mixed use commercial/residential building along the Chippewa and Eau Claire Rivers at the corner of Graham Avenue and Eau Claire Street.

The project, estimated to cost $85 - $100 million, is part of a long term goal by the government-created Clear Vision Eau Claire. Its goal is to strengthen the "common goal and purpose" of the people of Eau Claire.
