Leaving Your Child Unattended

            "Florida couple charged with felony neglect after getting stuck in traffic while kid waited at home," read the headlines in an article by PersonalLiberty.com. 

            We will be short and to the point.  For the state to take an eleven year old child from the front of his property because he was there alone for one and one half hours (shooting hoops) until his parents arrived at home is beyond uncomely. Did you know the state has laws, to our understanding, that make it a crime for you to leave your child unattended for a certain period of time if they are under certain ages?
