           Local firearms instructor weighs in on the good and the bad

           Throughout most of the United States, the level of interest in lawful defensive firearms use is skyrocketing. The reality used to be that violent crimes involving firearms would foster a desire for stricter gun laws. However, today's reality does not bode well for the hearts and minds of fervent anti-gun ideologues. Evidence of a massive shift in attitudes about guns on a local and national scale can be found everywhere.
