Local Housing Market Update

Posted: Tuesday, July 20th, 2010

Historically low interest rates have kept the Eau Claire area's housing market stable since the expiration of the federal government's first time home buyer tax credit last spring. Dave also noted that, "the number of foreclosures are coming down a little bit", since it's peak locally last year.
