Mike Conlin Announces Candidacy

On Wednesday, May 12, 2010, I announced my candidacy for Representative for the 93^rd Assembly district at Dynamic Displays, the electronic display manufacturing company I co-founded 20 years ago. I began with the following quote from Thomas Jefferson in 1802: "If we can but prevent the government from wasting the labours of the people, under the pretence of taking care of them, they must become happy"

Think of how prophetic that statement made 200 years ago was, for that is what our Democrat controlled legislature is doing today. They are literally wasting the fruits of our labor under the pretence of taking care of us.
