Cooking Corner - Cooking School

With autumn fast approaching and students returning to the Eau Claire campus, my thoughts revert back to the days when I was still in school. I distinctly remember the months before my first year of college, first deciding what I wanted to do, then testing and applying, enrolling, signing up for classes, purchasing books, and looking forward to meeting new classmates and teachers. I am thankful for the degree I chose looking back on my two years spent at Nicolet Area Technical College.

I wanted to learn something that would be practical and useful to me my entire life, no matter where I went or what I did, and cooking seemed to fit the bill. My desire was to eventually marry, have children, and keep the home, but I didn't want to waste my time leading up to that point. So I went to cooking school.
