Third Congressional Candidates Meet for Debate

The winner of the debate last Wednesday is, I suppose, in the eye of the beholder. I tried to listen to the debate as an undecided voter. But since I am not undecided, it is very difficult to be neutral in my opinion and analysis. We know from the polls that very few people are truly undecided at this point. My observation of the audience was that most were there to support their already chosen candidate. I think for most of those in attendance, the debate was boring. Admittedly, I have familiarized myself with each of the candidates, and as a result, I know where they stand. I heard nothing new.
No doubt there were some in the audience who were seriously undecided, hoping to hear one of the candidates espouse their pet issue. Others were there anticipating that the candidate they oppose would say something to fuel the flames of their opposition. Certainly, there anticipations were fulfilled.
