Doyle's Cap and Tax Bill Dead for Now.

Thankfully the Clean Energy Jobs Act was not voted on in this legislative session. Hopefully it is dead and buried. It would have killed thousands of jobs, raised utility bills, and increased the cost of gas at the pump.
