Assembly Bill 482

A good bill that exempts prescription drugs from the Unfair Sales Act. Under current law the Unfair Sales Act or "minimum markup" law
prohibits wholesale and retail sales of prescription drugs at a price below the cost of the prescriptions to the seller. This would bring the cost of prescription drugs down.
