The Spirit of Giving

            In this day of entitlements, welfare, and a "you owe me" attitude, it's refreshing to hear of some exceptions. One recent event involved Doug Eaton who decided to celebrate his 65th Birthday in an unusual manner. Instead of doing the typical "birthday party" thing, he decided to take an opportunity to bless others. With the encouragement of friends, he spent 65 minutes on a street corner in Oklahoma City, handing out $5 bills to those passing by. He ended up giving $375, but the response, and good cheer shared was "priceless."
