Bill to Slow Growth of Oppressive Regulations for Small Businesses

            "The last thing that we need for job creators in this state is to worry about onerous rules and regulations coming from bureaucrats in Madison," said State Senator Terry Moulton Senator Terry Moultonof Chippewa Falls.

            Moulton, along with State Rep. John Nygren (R-Marinette), have proposed to the Legislature the Small Business Regulatory Relief Act, which recently passed the Senate.  The bill would make changes to the Small Business Regulatory Review Board (SBRRB) and its power of new rules and regulations that affect small businesses in the State.
