Clean Up Your Cooking Part 2 - Knowledge is Power

One month has gone by in 2018 and already many resolutions have gone by the wayside. Health and fitness are typically at the top of the "goals list" and as a former group fitness manager, I can tell you that gyms are already seeing a drop-off in attendance. Sadly by Valentine's Day, most "resolutioners" have given up.

The good news is, you don't need a new year to get your healthy eating on track, you just need a new day. One day is as good as any other. There is nothing special about January 1st, or even Monday, so don't give yourself another excuse to wait!
