The City of Superior Continues to Pay Off its $28 Million Municipal Debt Despite Economy.

Debt is a problem. We all know it. And we sure have it - Credit cards, mortgages, and car payments. And if it's not in our own homes, our businesses are in the red most of the time. Institution after institution has some form of debt obligation. And who are we in debt too? Banks, who owe money to larger banks, who in turn are in debt to our central bank, which prints paper money, a form of debt.
