            Approval of checks over $10,000 written in June, including $86,825 for the health department, $44,591.04 for recycling, $48,000 for a nutrition program, and over $700,000 for welfare programs, Passed.

            Approval of changing the overall plan as to how everyone in the county can develop their own properties to include the Town of Union's ideas as to how property owners in that township can develop their own properties, Passed.
