                 Obesity is seen as one of the major, if not the largest cause of the health problems facing America today.  Even those who are not seriously overweight have to deal with the side effects of a less active lifestyle.

                At 276 pounds, Brian LeQue was concerned about his future. "I was getting to the point in my life where I was turning 40, I saw that I was going to get diabetes or something because of my diet, my wife was concerned, I knew that I needed something but I also knew in my head that for the last 20 years nothing worked."
