Legal chal lenges continue against the recently enacted budget repair bill. Nevertheless, attention in Madison is turning towards the coming battle over Wisconsin's next biannual budget.
"[T]he time has come for us to make the tough choices necessary to put our state back on the path to prosperity." said Governor Scott Walker March 14th while introducing his budget to the state legislature.
