Letter to Editor: Are Recalls Fair?

                People of Wisconsin voted for a conservative legislature and have followed the people's mandate for which they have been threatened, abused, slandered, and ridiculed.  Despite abuse, legislators have accomplished their bidding:

1.  Balanced the budget without raising taxes
