Should Eau Claire Enhance its Waterways?

                The Eau Claire City Council appointed an advisory committee to update the comprehensive plan for developing the lands of the City near the waterways.  Last June, the committee, with the assistance of numerous governmental and special interest advisors, gave its report on how the city should make use of the rivers, streams, and lakes found within Eau Claire's borders.
