Wastewater Treatment Hearing in Augusta

The city of Augusta is planning to update their wastewater treatment facility and will be holding a public meeting on Thursday, April 8 at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 145 W. Lincoln St., Augusta. The total project cost is an estimated $4, 115, 700. The financing method has not been determined. The estimated sewer service cost is $38.50 per month per a household. All are welcome to submit information. For accuracy of record, all important facts and statements should be submitted in writing. Mailed statements need to be clearly indicated that they are in response to this announcement.
