Phyllis Schlafly Challenges the Liberal-Progressive Feminist Agenda
Known conservative activist and author Phyllis Schlafly will be speaking on the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire campus on Thursday, April 7th, 2011 at 6pm in Schneider Hall 100. Schneider Hall is located on 1702 Park Avenue in Eau Claire, WI. Pro-family activist Phyllis Schlafly is the founder and president of a conservative policy making organization known as the Eagle Forum. This public event of The Conservative Union will host Phyllis Schlafly to speak on her new book - "The Flipside of Feminism." The book, co-authored with Suzanne Venker, documents how American women have been mislead by the liberal-progressive agenda. Schlafly and Venker challenge how the progressives market a false idea that women can multitask to have it all by raising a healthy family while enjoying a full-time career. Women can have it all, but they must achieve their goals successively. This event is sponsored by Young America's Foundation. For more information call 414-491-0986 or email Duffytj@uwec.edu.
