Executive Order/EPA to Hinder Frac Sand Mining

President Obama employs the most audacious and clever doublespeak I have ever heard. This was again made obvious in an executive order concerning the development of natural gas.
The order was issued April 13, 2012, just ahead of the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) new rules to limit air pollu- tion from hydraulic fracturing, the oil and gas drilling process commonly known as "fracing." A main ingredient in fracing is silica sand, which is abundant in northwest Wisconsin.
