Mercy (Psalm 186)

God's mercy endureth forever.
It is stated in God's Word many times,
And in the Person of the Lord Jesus,
That mercy through grace becomes mine.
I could have gone into eternity,
Forever in hell to be lost.
But God in His mercy,
Sent Jesus to suffer and die on the cross.
I repented and accepted Him as Savior,
And God's mercy became as real as can be.
For I am no longer under condemnation,
Because God's mercy reached down and saved.
