Rep. Duffy: "Put more control in the hands of parents and state and local educators."

            Congressman Duffy understands that Wisconsin educators must be free to make the best curriculum and financial choices if Wisconsin's ACT and SAT test scores are to remain among the top in the country. Although Congressman Duffy is not a member of any Federal Education Committee, he keeps Wisconsin schools among his top priorities.
